All orders are accepted subject to Daisy Roots Vintage terms and conditions as set out below:-

The term ‘Daisy Roots Vintage’ or ‘I’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office address is given above. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Daisy Roots Vintage.  Reproduction is prohibited other than in   
 accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

• From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

1. All quotations given and contracts of sale made by us shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any other terms and conditions in any purchase order or any other document or communication from the party with whom we are dealing (the customer). No other agreement, reservation, promise, undertaking or understanding of any kind shall form part, alter, vary, supersede or operate as a waiver to the Terms of Business unless expressly made or accepted the Company in writing.

 2. All prices quoted are subject to alteration without prior notice at any time.

 3. All prices (including delivery charge) are subject to Value Added Tax and any other tax imposed on the sale of goods from time to time (excluding Channel Islands and Eire).

4. I shall not be liable for delay in delivery, non-delivery or damage to goods by reason of any act of God, Government Orders, Strikes, war or other circumstances beyond my control.

5. Goods may not be despatched until payment has been received.

6. All goods are subject to stock availability.

7. If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact me and I will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Royal Mail or courier. Please be aware that we are unable to refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of despatch.

Please be aware that if the delivery company is unable to leave an order due to the customer not being available a card will be left with collection details for your local office or to rearrange delivery. Should the customer not contact the delivery company within the specified time, the parcel will then be returned to us at a cost and this cost will be passed on to the customer.

If the customer decides that they wish to have a refund please be aware that the refund amount will be minus any costs incurred to us.

Daisy Roots Vintage regards your Security and Privacy with the utmost importance. To maintain your security and prevent fraud all sensitive information is sent to our secure payment provider. All Credit and Debit Card transactions for on line orders are processed using Paypal to guarantee the security of your information, transactions and money. (Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL). Any Data regarding your Credit/Debit Card that is given to Daisy Roots Vintage remotely will not be kept and will be destroyed following the completed sales transaction. So please be assured that Daisy Roots Vintage do not store your financial details.

Your’ Personal Information Protection

Daisy Roots Vintage will not sell, share, swap or rent your information to a third party. The Information collected will provide shipping services and enable processing of your transactions. 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However I will exchange or refund any item* returned within 7 days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the item remain intact.

Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me so please ask for proof or posting from your Post Office. I cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

In the event of an item being delivered not as ordered please contact Daisy Roots Vintage within 24 hours to enable me to rectify it as soon as possible. If the return is a result of Daisy Roots Vintage making a mistake we will refund the delivery charge otherwise delivery charge is non-refundable.

*I cannot make refunds or exchanges for any used items or customer damaged items.

WHY DON'T YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

I thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products.  I don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s my policy to charge for returns.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

I try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days if I’m very busy.
